■ Product Overview : LIPASE catalyzes the hydrolysis of ester bonds on the glycerol backbone of a lipidsubstrate. In humans, pancreatic lipase is the key enzyme responsible for breakingdown fats in the digestive system by converting triglycerides to monoglycerides and freefatty acids.
■ Sensitivity: 40-1,600 U/L
■ Applications: serum, plasma, saliva, urine, and other biological samples
■ Storage 4ºC : Shipping On Ice
